Sol Narmina LLC. is a small skincare business that operates remotely within the state of Alabama.
Processing Time:

90% of all of our skincare products are handmade and therefore requires 5 - 7 business day minimum for processing and shipping. This does not include weekend or holidays

All Sol Narmina products are sold in USA only for now. We will re-evaluate in 2026 if we will offer our products outside of the USA.
Shipping:

Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS as a secondary option.

Shipping costs will be added at checkout (a flat rate)

For local orders, pickup will be available if preferred.
- Once the package has been dropped to the carrier, it is no longer in control of Sol Narmina. Tracking will be provided but keep in mind delays can occur.
- If you do not receive your package within 14 business days, you will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
Returns/Exchanges:

Our products are handcrafted & made to order. No returns and or exchanges once an order is placed. All orders are final.
- Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be resold or re-used once they are shipped.

If your order is damaged upon arrival or missing an item, please take a photo and email it immediately within 24hrs. to contact@solnarmina.com to request a replacement or a refund.
Lost/Stolen Packages:

Sol Narmina LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you entered the incorrect address and you fail to update it: THAT'S THE ADDRESS IT WILL SHIP TO AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NEGLIGENCE.

IF YOU FORGOT THE APT NUMBER & IT COMES BACK TO US YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED. THIS EXCLUDES SHIPPING.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require notice of damages within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please email photo of damage to contact@solnarmina.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your proof of damage photo, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
